The first conference was held at the Center for\n Urban History of East Central Europe in Lviv in June 2019. In the \nfollowing years, the conference did not take place due to the COVID-19 \npandemic first, and then the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The PHILINS \norganizing committee is chaired by one of the co-founders of the Society\n \u2013 Hubert Bo\u017cek.
